What is on-model AI?
On-model AI generates realistic images of apparel "worn" by AI models using a product photo. This way, you can create on-model photography without a traditional shoot.
Can I generate on-model photos from a flatlay or ghost mannequin image?
Yes. That's the core workflow: AI puts clothes on models from product shots (e.g. flatlays), but it can also work with an existing on-model image.
How to put clothes on an AI model?
  1. Run AI Fashion Models in Claid.
  2. Upload a sharp, well-lit flatlay or ghost mannequin image. You can upload multiple images to show the product better. You can also upload complementary items to style it.
  3. Choose an AI model from the library or upload a custom photo.
  4. Write a prompt to describe the background (or start to generate studio images with a chosen pose). Choose the number of output variations and click "Generate." You're all set.
Does this work for all clothing categories?
Most common categories (t-shirts, dresses, outerwear, swimwear, activewear, etc.) work smoothly. Complex items (sheer fabrics, extreme whites, intricate layering) may need more careful inputs and iteration.
Is this useful if we already do traditional photoshoots?
