Claid.ai is a B2B cloud service that enhances, optimizes, and delivers images using the latest machine learning technologies.
The majority of our clients are businesses that work with user-generated images. Their size ranges from startups to enterprises. Generally, Claid.ai can be helpful for any business that needs to enhance and adjust images to specific requirements automatically and at a large scale. E.g., online marketplaces of various niches, real estate websites, printing-on-demand services.
We designed Claid primarily to help onboarding, editing, and customer success teams onboard new suppliers faster and ensure they have a great experience using your platform when working with photos. Claid.ai works best when you need to automatically enhance and tune images that come from various sources to your standards.
Claid.ai can increase image resolution, clean compression artifacts, fix colors and lighting, change the DPI, remove background, correct perspective, and optimize your images for web & mobile.
Not yet, these features are currently in development.
Claid.ai optimizes images using a specialized neural network. It performs 30% more efficient compression compared to the closest alternative, according to our tests.
You can integrate Claid.ai to your platform via API. Our API docs will help you set up the integration.
Claid.ai is designed to work with large platforms. It is based on robust and scalable cloud architecture (GCP). It means not only that we can process your current image volumes—whether it’s thousands or millions of photos a month—but also remain a reliable solution for your business during your growth.
No, it only processes images. Your pictures stay on your servers or cloud hosting that you use (AWS, GCP, Digital Ocean, etc.).
Our email is support@claid.ai. Or you can also click the chat icon in the bottom right corner of our website. We would love to answer any questions.
When you upload your image to the AI Photoshoot, one credit will be deducted for removing the background (if not selected otherwise). Then, each batch of four generated images will also deduct one credit from your total Claid balance.
AI image creation allows you to generate any image from a given prompt. It delivers cutting-edge results when human creativity is combined with the endless resources of neural networks. Well-crafted text descriptions allow AI to generate 4 high-resolution images in seconds, saving you the time and money of a professional photo shoot. So your results depend heavily on your creativity and the comprehensive description you give to the AI. For this reason, credits will not be restored for generated images.
To use AI Photoshoot, you must have an active account with Claid AI and credits that allow you to create images.
Yes, credits will be deducted from your overall Claid balance for images generated with AI Photoshoot.
Input image guide:
- Use a front-facing or flat shot of the product for best compatibility if you are planning to use our templates.
- Make sure that the resolution of the photo is higher than 1024 pixels, the photo is clear, has no blurry edges and with good light to get high-quality results.
- Ensure that there are no transparent objects in the image, or choose a template color that is compatible with the transparent regions
- Products with very complex shapes, such as bicycles, and transparent objects may not be recognized by the background removal tool.
- Use images with a plain background that does not blend into the product to make it easier to identify the product.
- Only upload images that show the complete product rather than just a part of it.
Image generation with compositions works very well without the color of the prompt. If the prompt is being edited to influence the materials, textures and nature of the geometries appearing in the template, then they will take whatever color makes sense from the prompt. But if the user wants the colors in the composition to stay true to a dominant color because it is in style or because it helps with some of the transformations intended in the prompt, then choose such a color. For example, if the user wants a pedestal made of ice, it might help to choose a white/blueish color, but it's not mandatory. It can be achieved with just the prompt and no color choice. A color choice will make most of the image look white/blueish. This can sometimes be desirable, and a more organic look with natural colors is preferred.
Yes! Our pre-defined compositions come with default prompts that you can use to generate sample images or as an inspiration kickstart.
The Custom approach is an inferior solution, specifically designed to deal with products that cannot be properly handled with the templates (i.e. products in unusual categories, and especially products in very unusual camera angles where the templates are not usable). As such it is much more unpredictable and sensitive to prompt, placement and product input, thus we encourage you to use predefined compositions if your product fits our categories. When using Custom, please make sure that the placement and size of the product allow for whatever you are describing in the prompt to occur in the image, otherwise it may not work. Don’t use “standing on”/ “lying on” in the Custom approach - the system decides the position by itself.
No, currently you will receive four images per one generation with our AI Photoshoot. You can use a single prompt to perform multiple operations, you can tweak your prompt if you expect slightly different results, or you can completely rewrite your prompt to work on the same image, but each time you proceed to generate images, it will give you four results at once.
When writing a prompt, think of how you would describe what you see in the picture to the person you’re on the phone with. The more explicit description, the more accurate results (don’t mistake it with ‘wordy’, as too long prompts may not bring expected results either: things early in the prompt get more influence, and the influence decreases rapidly. For more than 20 words, the rest is often mostly ignored).
There are also some general rules to write effective prompts for your product photo:
- Don't mention the product, or you'll just get more versions of whatever the product is described as (many vitamin bottles in your results, for example). Don't mention "product" either. Just describe what is happening around the product, e.g. "wooden countertop, bathroom in the background".
- The word "standing" can sometimes lead to people standing near the product. But sometimes, it can also help make the product stand out.
- If you want a background, it needs to be explicitly described, and there needs to be enough room for the composition to look relatively "typical".
When creating prompts, remember that each word has its own value. It is a good idea to filter words to include only those relevant to the final image you want to create. The order of the words is also important. The most important elements should come first in the prompt!
Currently we do not provide such solution.
If the product appears to be floating, try adjusting the product on the template so that the product touches the support surface in the prompt at a consistent angle.
AI Photoshoot allows multiple operations to be performed with a single prompt to get the best adjusted photos to choose from, so each time you generate images, the results will be different. Thus, we cannot expect exactly the same results if you generate images with a previous prompt.
No, unfortunately we do not keep a history of your generated images or prompts. However, for prompts, we can advise you to collect them in a document and highlight those that have given you the most satisfying results.
Unfortunately no. Once the image generation is in progress, there's no way to stop it. To change your settings, such as scene or prompt, please wait until the generation is complete and then adjust your request.
No, when the image generation is in progress, it is not possible to change your request, edit the prompt or switch scenes. You will need to wait for the process to complete and then apply your modifications.
You decide where to download your generated images. Select the desired file and press the Download button: a new window will open with the selected image. From there, save the image to your device. The default location is the Downloads folder, but you can select any other available folder on your device.
We do not offer API for AI Photoshoot yet but it will be released soon.
We claim no ownership rights over your content generated on Claid.ai. This is your responsibility to check whether any third party has rights to the intellectual property you upload and create and to receive permission to use it if that's the case.
No, the images you create with AI Photoshoot can only be viewed, accessed and downloaded by you.
Images generated by AI Photoshoot are only stored temporarily for download purposes. When you remove the image, refresh the page or return to the home page, the results generated so far will be permanently deleted. For this reason, we recommend that you download satisfactory results as soon as they are generated, to avoid losing your projects.
We do not store your images created with AI Photoshoot. This is why it’s impossible to retrieve and download images created in the past. Your images are only stored so that you can download them immediately once they are created.
It doesn't take more than half a minute to generate a batch of unique high definition images with AI Photoshoot. Please make sure that your prompt explains in detail your expected results and that you have the required amount of credits on your balance to perform the operation.
The file you can upload to AI Photoshoot should not exceed 5MB.
Images created with the AI Photoshoot are 1024x1024 pixels in size.
Once you've created images using AI Photoshoot, you can further adjust their size & quality using Claid Studio (for e-commerce) or Let's Enhance (for printing). Please note that there is an additional charge for processing.
Yes, you can upload an image with the background already transparent. We will therefore not deduct a credit for removing the background on our end.
You can upload JPEG, PNG and HEIC file formats to AI Photoshoot.
For now, the only output format of images created by AI Photoshoot is PNG.
No, at the moment you can only download your images created with AI Photoshoot in PNG format. You can still edit your images with Claid Studio (change output format, adjust size, improve quality), but please note that it will cost additional credits from your total balance.
No, AI Photoshoot supports working on one image at a time. However, you can use the same prompt for multiple images, as it will remain in your description after you remove the image from the scene to replace it with another.
No, this feature is not available. All generated images can be further evaluated and selected results downloaded separately.
